EASY TO REPLACE AND RETURN - 14 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

 You have full return and exchange right within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned undamaged. You are allowed to try your lot to see that it fits you! Return and exchange law does not apply to lingerie, intimate items such as panties, pantyhose, earring. All goods must be sent back in original condition and with tags still intact (not broken or removed). Products exposed to perfume, makeup, smoke, or anything else that leaves a mark or smell, even animal  hair that covers the garment does not count as original condition and can not be return.

NOTED : RETURN FORM NORWAY when returning a pacel to us please do not use BRING as they take extra charges of 200 Sek. If you use BRING we will have to debit these charges to you. We recommend to send by Posten.no

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

(Replacement of goods only applies to orders within Sweden)

Fill out the return form and send it bak to us together with your item in the bag/box your item came in. And you are liable to pay for the return postage cost. We recommend that you save your receipt to contact the post office if the return goods does not arrive to us. It is customer who takes responsibility that the goods is returned to us.



HOW DO I GET AN EXCHANGE?

(Replacement of goods only applies to orders within Sweden)

 Of course you can change your lot for another garment, a different size or color. Print and fill out the return form and indicate which items you want, instead, item number, name, size and amount. Return the product in the bag / box it came in and you will also have to pay for the return postage cost.



Look at our online shop to see if the product you wnat to exchange to is available, then email us at : info@chicy.se  with the subject "Change + your order number" in the subject line. Write what you want to switch to so that we can put away the product to you.




I WANT TO RETURN MY GARMENT
Print and fill out the return form and return the item along with the return form to us. All goods returned must be packed in a bag or box that they came in and you pay for the return postage.

If you ordered with card : If you paid by credit card directly on the page when ordering, then a refund will be made to the same card within 14 business days (maximum 30 days by law) after we have received and registered the return with us.



Remember that money goes back on the same date you once placed your order. When you make a bank statement or call your bank, you will have to look back in the transactions.




 I WANT TO RECLAIM A PRODUCT

Print and fill out the return form and return the item along with the return form to us. If anything is wrong with an item you ordered email us at : info@chicy.se as soon as you discover a defect in your lot and we will help you with your claim. Of course we are responsible for return shipping on incorrect deliveries and complaints.
